We are Certified Home Inspectors through the InterNational Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). It is the only organization that requires it's members to pass a certification exam to become a member. Other organizations allow candidate membership just for paying dues. Not InterNACHI. To be a member of InterNACHI, we had to pass their Home Inspector's Exam, as well as their other requirements for membership. Our Chief Inspector and Owner Michael Green was a founding member and past Chairman of the Kentucky Board of Home Inspectors and was the Founder and past President of the Kentucky Real Estate Inspection Association (KREIA). KREIA is the State's largest industry trade association.
